He is highly sought after by a broad cross-section of organisations looking for a modern approach to support their people, culture and decision-making. It is our good fortune that he is currently also a dad at John XXIII College.
For the past 20 years, Jon has been leading cultural regeneration, building leadership capability and driving the execution of high-performance behaviours inside the resultsdriven environment of AFL football. He has led multiple elite performance programs with a leadership style described as people-focused, genuine, collaborative and composed.
Jon has complemented his impressive senior leadership career in elite sport with extensive tertiary study in education, business and organisational leadership. He is the only person in Australia to be awarded a rare Churchill Fellowship on the topic of character development. His scholarship supported an international study tour to better understand global best practice in character development and the subsequent relationship with leadership impact and cultural dynamics
