Kristina Olsen is one of the most entertaining, engaging, and compelling performers on the international folk circuit. A superb multi-instrumentalist, on acoustic guitar, steel-body slide guitar, concertina and piano, as well as an award-winning songwriter with a big bluesy voice, Kristina has audiences around the world coming back for more. She is renowned for her mix of powerful songs from bottleneck blues, swing and jazz to lilting folk ballads, and her hilarious, often bawdy, storytelling. She toured here regularly between 1994 and 2017, but has spent the last seven years studying at Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. She is excited to be returning to Australia this March for a tour that includes gigs in NSW, Victoria, the ACT, South Australia and Western Australia.
