Set inside the underground caves of the beautiful Yanchep National Park, you will travel on a deep journey of self-healing and chakra balancing with the powerful sounds of gongs and crystal bowls.

During this 2-hour event, Andrew and Kohra will expertly facilitate a meditation and soundscape that will allow you to release what no longer serves and embrace your inner power in the most beautiful of journeys.

Your sound journey begins with harmonising breathwork followed by a chakra balance meditation accompanied with the healing sounds of 19 crystal singing bowls attuned to your chakras. The vibration of the bowls will entrain you from a beta state of awareness to a deep meditative theta state, creating a deep sense of inner calm.

You will then be immersed with the sounds of 10 Symphonic and Planet tuned Gongs. The layers and overtones of the gongs will vibrate every cell of your body, relaxing muscles, releasing emotions, bringing your body back into a deep state of relaxation and clearing your auric field of any unwanted or old energy that no longer serves you. Mentally and emotionally the sound of the Gong helps to quieten the mind, physically releasing tension and blocks, stimulating the glandular, nervous and circulation systems as well as breaking up emotional blockages.

The healing sounds of: ocean drum, rain stick, solfeggio tuned pipes, chakra & koshi chimes will also be woven into the soundscape to entrain you into a deep relaxation. When you awake, you will feel refreshed, calm, revitalized & energized.

ABOUT ANDREW

ANDREW COX from TREEMENDUS HEALTH holds two diplomas in Integral Sound Healing with the International Sound Healing Academy and currently teaches Sound Healing for the Academy in Western Australia. Andrew is also an accredited Trauma Release Breathwork facilitator, Meditation Teacher with the Meditation Society of Australia and holds a diploma in Kinesiology from the O’Neill Kinesiology College. A lifelong musician, Andrew has facilitated groups internationally, nationally and has worked one to one with many people to help with their particular health challenges since 2018. He has been featured on RTR and 6PR radio, created and performed 'Sounds of the Universe' at the Scitech Planetarium and co-hosted many local Sound Healing Events. He currently conducts weekly group Sound Healing and Meditation events in Joondalup and South Perth, offers corporate sessions and teaches Internationally Accredited Sound Healing Courses for both practitioners and for self interest.

ABOUT KOHRA

KOHRA HILDEBRAND from VIBRANT-HEALTH holds a Gong Master Diploma with Don Conreaux, Master Gong Practitioner & Gong Therapy with Mehtab Benton, Diploma in Integral Group Sound Healing & Advanced Diploma of Kinesiology. She has been facilitating individual and group sound healing sessions since 2017, including Gong Yoga, Yin Pin Gong (Yin Yoga, Acupuncture & Sound Healing) Cacao & Sound Healing, Gong Puja all night Gong, Taiko Drum & Gong & has co-hosted numerous residential Wellness Retreats. Kohra is passionate about the healing powers of sound & vibration, breath awareness & meditation. She facilitates Sound Healing events at Yanchep Cabaret Caves, & offers small group sound Healing sessions from her studio in Wanneroo.
