International Womens Day Breakfast is a chance to celebrate the women of our Community. This years’ theme is “Embrace Equity”.We are pleased to welcome the 2023 Guest Speaker Helen Everingham, Director and Life Coach at The Centre Within.
“Attitude is Everything” - it’s not what happens to you, it’s how you handle it. Helen has been teaching practical tools for Building Resilience for over 30 years, spending the past 17 years travelling around country Queensland. Helen is a singing teacher, singer and actor whose workshops on Effective Living have seen her tailoring her talks to RFDS, Department of Ag and Fisheries, Qld SW Mental Health, Meat and Livestock, as well as at conferences, neighbourhood centres and for Councils across the state.
As always, there will be great prizes to win in our Multidraw raffle. We look forward to seeing you there!
