Friday 24 November
5pm-8pm Registration: Bench session at the Big 4 Windmill Holiday Park. 56 Remembrance Drive, Cardigan. Roast Rolls provided, Happy Hour 6 -7pm (BYO after 7pm).
Saturday 25 November
8am -9:30am Breakfast: Bacon & Eggs Sandwiches, Cereal, Juice, Coffee & Tea at Big 4 Windmill Holiday Park. Late Registration.
11am Observation Run commencing from Holiday Park. Line up at the exit and we will provided you with your Question sheet.
12pm Optional Lunch at The Park Hotel. American Style - 12 hour slow cooked Brisket, Chicken Wings, Sliders, Coleslaw, Corn, Rolls. Nuggets & Chips for the kids. Live Music. (optional $20 per adult and $10 per child.)
5:30pm BBQ Dinner at Big 4 Windmill Holiday Park.
7pm-Late Disco Bowling at Ballarat Tenpin Bowling, Raffles, Trophy Presentations & Kids Colouring Competition. Free Shuttle Bus to and from Big 4 Holiday Park and surrounding Motels, until close.
Sunday 26 November
7:30am – 9am Breakfast: Pancakes, Cereal, Juice, Coffee & Tea at Big 4 Windmill Holiday Park.
10am - Show & Glow display at Springfest, Lake Wendouree. Live Band, Dance Floor, 100s of stalls & Trophy Presentations
