Hamish Maxwell-Stewart & Ann Cripps present "Convict Gardeners & their Gardens" in the Chapel at the Hobart Penitentiary followed by guided tours of this historic convict site built in the 1830s. The interactive Convict Memorial with digitised records of 75,00 convict prisoners traces the lives of each of the 75,000 convicts transported to Tasmania 1803-1853. Afternoon tea is included.
