About
Plaster Relief is a technique used to cast uniquely carved designs into plaster panels. Relief formally sits between drawing or painting and sculpture and can bedescribed as art in two and a half dimensions.
In this workshop, participants will be instructed by artist Bruce Reynolds in his relief process. Participants will have the opportunity to carve a unique designs, cast them into a panel and add colour using hand colouring techniques. Each participant will create a sculpture ready to be hung.
