Experience a deeply moving selection of music on the Easter story with acclaimed U.S. tenor Kyle Stegall and the Adelaide Baroque Orchestra.The Program features some truly sublime works from Bach’s St Matthew's Passion, B Minor Mass, Easter Oratorio and Cantata 182, Handel’s Resurrection Oratorio and we conclude with a stunning Buxtehude Cantata based on the Canticle of Simeon or Nunc Dimittis, from the Gospel of Luke.
We are thrilled to be performing with Tenor Kyle Stegall, whose artistry has been drawing rave reviews in the U.S. and Europe. Known for his ability to communicate text and meaning with depth and intimacy, we are certain this will be a performance to remember.
