Amy Moore, soprano with Edward Neeman, pianoArt Song Canberra opens its 2026 Season of Song with two of the most thoughtful and skilled concert artists, Amy Moore and Edward Neeman, in one of the great classics of the song repertoire – Robert Schumann’s Frauenliebe und Leben (Woman's Love and Life).
The Schumann songs set the scene for an engrossing exploration of European art song, as early Romantic poetry and musical expression remain an enduring source of inspiration for one of the last icons of contemporary music still alive: the Hungarian composer György Kurtág.
