St Mary's Manly Double Dutch Skipping (SOLD OUT)
This program’s activities centre on skipping with ropes (short, long and double dutch) as well as lots of other activities to build strength, balance and co-ordination. It is great conditioning, an excellent cardiovascular workout and lots of fun!
The sessions will be held of a
Tuesday afternoon 3.15pm to 4pm
They will be run by Mr Mark Saunders, a qualified PE teacher and fitness trainer in the local area. He currently trains 350 elite skippers in 8 schools.
