This week Anthony Albanese announced a City Partnerships program to foster genuine collaboration between the three levels of government to manage urban growth. He said, "Cities around the nation face a number of complex challenges including urban sprawl, traffic congestion and a shift towards greater population density."

To launch this innovative planning approach Anthony Albanese will join the Committee for Greater Frankston at a roundtable discussion on our ‘City vision’ for the Greater Frankston region. Covering his governments perspectives on Frankston’s hot urban growth issues, including: access to local jobs; nurturing successful competitive industry sectors; upgrading the Frankston train line; and even our suburban car parking challenges.
