Labor in the Community - International Food & Dance Festival:Join us at Cavanbah Hall on 11 November 2023 from 10:45AM to 2:00PM for a vibrant celebration of culture and community.
We're putting the spotlight on our regions multicultural food and dance at this event.
There will be performances from many of the local communities, including Thai, Philippine and Myanmar dance groups, African Drumming, possibly Indonesian and Balinese dances. On the food front, there will be dishes on offer from Myanmar, Thailand, Afghanistan, and Malaysia, all at no cost.
At 11:00am, we'll take a moment to pause the event and honor Remembrance Day, a significant day for all Australians.
Traditional clothing is absolutely encouraged!
While attendance is free, donations are welcome on the day.
