About
The National Rugby Camp is in the 23rd year of operation and will be run under the NSW Rugby Union.The camp provides a unique opportunity to LIVE IN (stay on site) and get a full holistic Rugby experience with focus on the on field and off field development of all our camp participants. NSW RUGBY Development and Coaching staff will provide all the on field curriculum and coaching with off field development around nutrition, flexibility and strength. Older players will also receive feedback on improvement areas across core skills and position specific skills for their rugby moving forward.
Camp is open to 6-16 year old boys and girls (girls only – U14 & U16 option) provides skill development around core skills of rugby and position specific skills (front row, hooker, second row, back row, halves, centres, outside backs).
All booking options receive a Camper pack which include:
Bag, Camp T-shirt, Water Bottle, Footy & Hat.
