Yoga Nidra Meditation with Vanessa
Begin the afternoon with a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra practice; a guided meditation technique, while lying on your back, designed to bring you into a state of conscious rest. Release tension, quiet the mind and access inner clarity.
Following your Yoga Nidra, settle in to connect and converse over a seasonal Ayurvedic meal, designed to gently support digestion, bring clarity and energise. Expect a nourishing array of soulfully spiced, wholesome goodness.
