Getting started
We've created a system that's so easy to use, all you need to do is put aside a couple of minutes to create an account.
Step 1 - Set up your account
To establish your account, we've put together a simple step-by-step wizard that guides you through the registration process with ease. Friendly prompts ask you for details about your event. This information then lets TryBooking tailor a ticketing solution to meet your needs, regardless of the type or size of your event.
Step 2 - Customise your event web page
Once you've set up your account, the TryBooking system automatically creates a dedicated web page for you to sell your event from. You can personalise your page and let your creative talents run wild, uploading images, photos, logos etc. You even have the option of linking your event page directly to your own website and vice versa.
Step 3 - You are now ready to promote
Ok, your event is setup and ready for promotion. Each event you create will generate a unique URL. What's a URL you ask, It's just a link to your event web page that you can use on advertising material, or in emails or your website. Your event goers simply click on this link or type it into their web browser to be taken directly to your booking page.
Step 4 - Selling tickets
From your booking page, your event goers can review all the event details before selecting their tickets or choosing their seats. Moving through to the checkout, they can pay and print their own tickets.
Step 5 - Review your event
So the bookings are now happening and your event is filling fast. It's time to monitor ticket sales. Who is coming or more importantly who has not yet booked! Review cash flows, ticket types being purchased, and attendee statistics. It's all at your fingertips and it's so simple to monitor.
If your event is oversubscribed, TryBooking will even collate a waiting list. On the other hand, if bookings are slower than expected, you can arrange another round of promotion to your target audience.
Step 6 - It's now the day of your big event
Print Name Tags or Attendee listings and you're ready to go.
Step 7 - Post event
It's over now and it's time to review. TryBooking includes a wide range of reports to help you analyse your event. You can print or export an audit trail, account reconciliation, booking history (dates and times) and attendee listings, to mention just a few of the current reports that are available.
