Why is TryBooking on my Credit Card Statement?
Lost your tickets?
A confirmation email will have been sent to your email address at the time of booking. Check your Spam and Bin folders, search for the word TryBooking. Tickets can be re-printed from this email. Recover tickets.
Do you have questions relating to an event?
TryBooking is an online booking system used by event organisers. If you have questions relating to an event, please contact your event organiser direct.
Need a Refund?
Please contact your event organiser. We cannot offer to refund or adjust any tickets on their behalf.
Has my Transaction Been Approved?
After entering your credit card details, you will receive an email confirmation of your transaction. This will be sent to you whether your booking has been approved or declined. Please check your email Inbox, Spam and Bin folders for this confirmation otherwise try and recover tickets to see if your booking is in the system.
