About
This is a special half-term Inspired to Grow session where we will have a picnic together, work in the polytunnel and orchard. As with all our sessions, we believe growing your own is a great opportunity to have a positive impact on your own health, increase biodiversity and reduce the negative impact of food production on our planet.This course is suitable for 13-18 year olds.
This half day course runs from 12.30 - 4pm:
BYO Picnic to enjoy in the orchard
Harvest windfall apples, press and make apple juice
Sample different varieties of apples and juice
Tend to the polytunnel, planting seasonally
Design your own apple juice label, and pumpkin crafts
Help us reduce waste - please bring your own reusable cup, and share lifts where possible
Spaces are limited.
