Standing with Giants Ride 2025

In 2024, to commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day, 1,500 ‘Giants’ were transported to France for installation at the British Normandy Memorial. These powerful silhouettes, symbolising respect and remembrance, were accompanied by 272 Harleys on a journey from Blenheim Palace to Fort Nelson.On 28th March 2025, the Standing with Giants display will return to Normandy, and we’re excited to accompany them once again on this meaningful journey.
This time, the ride won’t be just a HOG event—it will be opened up to selected like-minded riding clubs. Participation in the ride is free; we simply ask that you register your attendance to help us manage the day’s logistics.
There’s also an opportunity to continue the journey to France and join the Caen Chapter for an unforgettable ride through Normandy. On Saturday, 29th March, a party will be held in Normandy to celebrate the occasion. If you’re interested in purchasing tickets, say yes during booking, and we’ll reach out to you via email.
