myGov Assistance Day
About
This session aims to assist community members in navigating and using the myGov platform effectively. Bridges Connecting Communities is proudly hosting Services Australia, who will offer limited time slots to residents of the City of Knox or South West Yarra Ranges to assist you in setting up, accessing, linking services or troubleshooting any challenges you may be encountering. Please bring your personal device and log in details (email address and password) along with some personal ID to Carrington Park and receive assistance from Services Australia. (If you don’t have a personal device, ensure that you still bring your log in details for assistance).Only 8 places will be offered between 9.30am – 12.00pm and appointments will be for a maximum of 15-20 minutes per person. A waitlist is available on Try Booking if this event books out quickly.
Due to time constraints if you do not have a booking you will be unable to be seen.
