Responsible service of gaming (RSG) course
RSG online training is designed for gaming venue staff members who are not able to access the training offered within the venue at which they are employed.
PLEASE NOTE THAT RSG ONLINE TRAINING IS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PEOPLE CURRENTLY WORKING IN VICTORIAN GAMING VENUES.
The training equips gaming venue staff with the knowledge and skills they need to ensure that gaming is provided responsibly.

Module 1 must be completed within one month of commencing work in a gaming venue and Module 2 must be completed within six months of commencing work in a gaming venue. Module 3 and Module 4 must be completed as a refresher before the date three years after the completion of module 2.
Please note that completion of Module 1 is a prerequisite for attending Module two training and completion of Module 3 is required prior to attending Module 4 training.

We collect your personal information such as your name, email address, phone number and work location to facilitate your participation in the training sessions. We will share your registration details and personal information with our contracted sessional trainers for the sole purpose of delivery the training session via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The trainer will use your information to organise and conduct the session, as well as to send you any relevant materials and information. Your information will not be used or disclosed for any other purpose without your consent, unless required or authorised by law.
You have the right to access your personal information held by us and to request corrections if you believe the information is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. To request access or correction, please email ghpr-rsg@health.vic.gov.au.
