Please join us for the AGHS Vic Branch end of year celebration and tour of Kamesburgh Garden led by Damian Carr on Thursday 1 December. Damian is the present Parks Management Officer, Open Space, Recreation & Wellbeing at Bayside City Council.
Kamesburgh garden is rated by Heritage Victoria as of state level significance. Its garden is notable as part of a city mansion, with the entry drive, formal terrace, fountain, path layout, orchard, sunken garden, summerhouse and mature plantings. The collection of trees at Kamesburgh, several of which are listed by the National Trust, is among the best in a private garden in the state.

Time: 5.30 for 6pm
Meet: Gate in North Road between Murphy St and St James Close
Bring: - Picnic dinner & drinks, rug or chairs.

Plenty of parking in North Rd or adjacent sides streets or other side of the Gardens in Downes Ave.
