The Ridley Logos library package is a Faithlife product. Upon completion of this non-refundable purchase (up to 14 days), your life-time package will be managed by Faithlife. All your Logos inquiries will then need to be directed to Faithlife customer support at cs@logos.com or visit their frequently asked questions on their support page at https://www.logos.com/faq

Please note that due to the Christmas/New Year holidays and staff leave, packages purchased after 5 pm (AEDT) Thursday, 19 December, will not be transferred/activated until the week beginning 6 January 2025.

Instructions for purchasing this package as a gift:

Please enter the details for the gift recipient in the first part of the booking process (additional details and ticket details). If the gift recipient already has a logos account, please enter the email address associated with their current logos account at this step.

At the checkout step please enter the purchaser's details. Confirmation of purchase will go to the purchaser's email address, with additional information that you can forward to the gift recipient. The giftee will receive an email from FaithLife within 14 days if they do not have a Logos account; if they already have a Logos account, the Ridley Logos library package resources will automatically appear in their Logos account, provided that they have enabled updates which will activate syncing.
