Unwind & Restore Yoga for Women
Your invitation to experience the gentleness and quietness of an evening practice for self:
* through supported poses, gentle stretching and movement interweaved with gentle pranayama (breathing) exercises.
* to unwind the body with a joint mobilisation practice known as Pawanmuktasana (especially beneficial for women experiencing symptoms of peri-menopause and menopause); which assists in releasing muscle tension, tightness or fatigue and focusses on joint care;
* to experience Restorative Yoga poses with the use of some Yoga props to assist in balancing and calming your hormonal and nervous systems,
* replenish your energy levels, while also encouraging a restful and deeper night’s sleep; and
* to focus on your self-care and nourishment and invite moments of deep rest with guided meditations.
Offered as a 6 week block - Tuesdays.
