SAM Club: Term 1
About
Calling all accelerated primary school students!A free new program for kids aged 8-12, SAM Club is an after-school workshop series for primary students who love to learn! Term 1 will focus on the art of clay, and introduces kids to art concepts and history in fun, playful ways.
By the end of Term 1, kids will have:
- Created their own glazed ceramic artwork
- Learned new critical thinking skills
- Learned to make and express ideas through art and creativity
SAM Club brings together eager young students in a friendly learning environment to encourage curiosity, exploration and education. This term includes a focus on contemporary Aboriginal ceramic artists and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art.
Free - only available to students enrolled in government schools.
