We look forward to welcoming teachers and students of all levels to this exciting annual event. One piece only is to be performed for each ticket purchased. Enter as an individual (with piano accompaniment or unaccompanied, if the work has no piano part), or as a member of a string chamber group of up to four players - duets, trios or quartets - with each player playing an individual part. Beginner medleys may be approved on application, let us know in Special Requests as you book. If a work has a piano part, play it with your own accompanist or use the accompanist provided by AUSTA. AUSTA covers the performance fees for Festival accompanists. Rehearsals if needed are to be arranged by you once you are allocated an accompanist when scheduling has been finalised, some days after close of registration. Please let us know if you have a Preferred Festival Accompanist as you register, and you may also bring your own accompanist. For the second year in a row, we also offer an Adults performance session for those aged mid teens and beyond - if this is your preference, please let us know in Special Requests as you make your booking. Bring your spare change, as there will also be a sale of second-hand sheet music, donations welcome. Students of AUSTA members and AUSTA members will have received a code via email for a 20% discount; please address membership questions if applicable prior to proceding with booking, and contact AUSTA Administration admin@austa.asn.au for membership enquiries. See the AUSTA WA web page for updates and more information.
