This programme works through the negotiation framework and process required to successfully negotiate with your customers. During the learning workshop delegates will prepare for an upcoming customer negotiation. They will learn and practice the critical pre-negotiation preparation process, the customer negotiation itself and plan for the implementation of the agreed outcomes and execution of activities to deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for you and your customer.Learning outcomes:
