Ukrainian Feast for refugees in SA 2023 (SOLD OUT)
It has been nearly 12 months since the war started in Ukraine, and the plight of refugees following atrocities overseas are real with refugees needing assistance at all times. We have seen the ongoing situation in Afghanistan too. So come along and enjoy wonderful Ukrainian dishes at The Olive Branch Cafe, Balhannah, with recipes coming from a 2020 Ukrainian cookbook. A raffle will be held, with funds going to projects to support refugees in SA, including from Ukraine. One example, a wellness weekend for refugee women.
