A day to tune in to the sacred rhythm of the earth and be provided with practices to inspire a deeper connection to nature through plant medicine and permaculture.

We will make a Medicinal Herb box of goodies, inspired by the season of Autumn. Participants will meet the plants, learn how to grow and honorably harvest them, and how to make basic herbal remedies with them, as well as practices to support health and wellbeing throughout the season.
