Making a pinch pot from clay is a simple task that can be achieved by anyone and without any specialised tools. This is an opportunity for residents of the King Valley to get together for a fun activity. If you wish to take your pinch pots further, two can be joined together to create a simple animal. Adding eyes, ears, feet, or a tail will give character to your animals. You may prefer to create a cup form, that’s ok, the aim is not for a particular outcome but for the enjoyment of the task. Once our creations have firmed up, we will paint them with underglazes.You may wish to bring an apron or something to keep your clothes clean.
