Grace & Meriel Devonport
Virtuosi Tasmania is delighted to present Tasmanian violinist, Grace Thorpe, and Virtuosi favourite, Meriel Owen on piano. Grace is currently completing her Bachelor of Music at the Sydney Conservatorium, returning to Tasmania to appear as a casual player with the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra on occasion, and for one special weekend in April, she will dazzle audiences around our beautiful State with a recital of two of the ethereal Mythes by Karol Szymanowski, two movements from the G minor Sonata for solo violin by JS Bach, and two movements of the Concerto for Violin by Samuel Barber.
