Strengthen and Align Term 4 2024
This is a Level 1 yoga class which is suitable for people who have completed a beginners course or would like to consolidate their practice. The curriculum is structured to build your strength and flexibility over a number of weeks. Mindfulness and relaxation are incorporated into each class and you will finish the class feeling calm and centered. Casual attendance is also possible.
