STORY-
Set in Tanjablanca, a mythical city somewhere between Tangiers and Casablanca, the story takes place in the foyer of the seedy Bijou hotel during WW2 where a group of shipwrecked survivors - Hollywood character cliches - are holed up.
Voila! You have the makings of a hotbed of intrigue - musical mayhem ensue - and you are in the thick of it.
Character cliches capture the essence of these films set in an exotic location, Hollywood style.
Think Greta Garbo, Bob Hope, Chips Rafferty, Sydney Greenstreet, Marlene Dietrich, Ginger Rogers, Fred Astaire
