Sunday Sessions Jazz: The Bowlo IV with Tony Barnard

Our Sunday Sessions Quartet is joined by jazz guitar virtuoso Tony Barnard. Tony comes from a family of musicians, a jazz dynasty. His father was legendary Aussie trumpet player Bob Barnard, his uncle was Len Barnard, famous drummer and raconteur, and his grandmother Kath Barnard was one of the first female band leaders in Australia. The list goes on!
Tony made his first recording at age 16 with Don Burrows, John Sangster, and Bob Barnard. Since then he has appeared at all of Australia's jazz festivals, has upwards of 40 albums to his name and has played with a wide range of artists all over the world.
The band will play from 2-5pm. The $30 ticket price ($20 for student/child) is for event entry only, with reserved table seating. If you have any special song requests or seating preferences, please let us know when you book! Doors open from 1:00pm with food and drinks available for purchase from the bar.
