This is a relaxed free half-day workshop to train you how to use the Paddock Power Mapping Tool and Investment Calculator.What does Paddock Power offer?
• Keep your own property maps up to date
• Subdivide paddocks, plan new water points, fences or pipelines and cost them before you build them
• Compare different development options to see which one/s will deliver the best “bang for buck”
• Generate reports to take to owners/shareholders/banks to secure funding for your development plans
What you will need to bring to the training:
• a laptop with a recent version of Excel installed
• your laptop charger and a mouse
• for agency attendees: administrator rights to your computer so you can load QGIS software (to be provided at workshop), or have it installed prior to coming (QGIS 3.22 or 3.28 Long Term Release)
• smoko will be provided, but bring some lunch if you wish to stay longer and practice using the tools
