Presented by Mardi Longbottom, Manager Sustainability and Viticulture, AWRI.Both in Australia and internationally, there is a growing focus on sustainable grape and wine production. There is increasing interest in sustainability credentials for vineyards and wineries, as well as new production techniques. This workshop will present a range of drivers for sustainable production, the vision and performance of the Australian wine regions, and case studies from grape and wine producers who have achieved efficiencies and economic benefits by adopting more sustainable practices.
