Webinar recording: Happy Endings -Lessons learnt from what others did wrong
Date recorded: 7 February 2019
The start of a year is regarded as a time for new beginnings, fresh approaches and optimistic outlooks.
Our first webinar for 2019 reflects this new year positivity, focusing on what consultants do right, rather than wrong, which assists them to successfully defend litigation brought against them.
Often in risk management education we emphasise what went wrong to learn the lessons of others’ mistakes. In this webinar, informed Risk Manager, Natalie Sullivan and Focus Underwriting Claims Manager, Subashini Padmasekaran will present case studies in which consultants have successfully avoided or defended litigation through effective client management, sound business practices and risk management strategies.
Learning Objectives:
Following this webinar, you should have improved knowledge of some of the issues facing consultants when they are drawn into litigation and an understanding of how good risk management practices, amongst other things, can assist consultants to successfully defend claims.
