You are invited to join us, along with Vanrooy Machinery and Puratos on Wednesday, 2 August 2023 from 11 am – 2 pm.Vanrooy Machinery will be demonstrating how to produce high-quality doughnuts and gelato as efficiently as possible, utilising some of their most popular European-quality machines. We will also be joined by our friends from Puratos, who will walk you through soft grains and artisan bread production.
This demonstration day will also offer education on our range of Salva Proover Retarders and the many benefits that come from implementing this type of machine in your bakery.
