Join AHFA's very own Dr Kerrie Noonan in conversation with Author of The Great Dead Body Teachers, Jackie Dent.Jackie Dent is a journalist who has worked for major media outlets including The Sydney Morning Herald, The Guardian, Monocle, The New York Times, Reuters, Strewth! and others. Her career has included stints with the United Nations in Afghanistan, Pakistan, North Ossetia and South Sudan. She has curated public talks for Tedx and Clear Spot Club. She is currently doing a PhD on "The Pleasures of War" at the University of Sydney.
Kerrie Noonan is a clinical psychologist and social researcher. She has worked in palliative care and arts and health project and cofounded Dying to Know Day in 2013 with Nicole Endacott and with thanks to the work of Jane Tewson. Her research and practice has focused on Compassionate Communities, Death literacy and the role of formal and informal care at end of life. Kerrie is proudly a founding board member of AHFA.
