SPOTLIGHT INSTRUCTOR-LED SESSION
About
We invite all students of HTP program who have completed levels 1, 2 or 3 to attend our Free Instructor-Led Sessions, which will run throughout the year.This is an opportunity to refresh the techniques learnt in your workshop.
Our next session will be concentrating on technique/s learnt in Level 2, The Spiral Meditation.
Tuesday 24th October 2023 5-6.30pm* (WST) or 7-8.30pm* (EST) or 8-9.30pm* (EDST)
The Zoom Session will start right on 5pm (WST) so please log on at 3 minutes to start time.
*We may extend session an extra half hour if some students need more time to finish the technique.
A Zoom link will be sent to you after registration is received. This session will not be recorded
