•Macadamia Crusted Barramundi Fillet Pan seared Barramundi with Rosti potato and fried fennel topped with hollandaise and fried capers
•Cajun Chicken Supreme with pesto Grilled Cajun chicken breast resting on broccolini with pommes fondant topped with a pesto cream
