About
The program will include works by Telemann, Handel and Johann Sebastian Bach.After graduating from the VCA, Lucinda Moon studied baroque violin with Sigiswald Kuijken at the Royal Conservatorium in The Hague. She was appointed concertmaster of the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra, a position she held from 1995–2008. During those years she also performed and recorded in Australia, Mexico, Europe, Canada and Sweden with the Stockholm-based Musicke Room and in Vancouver with the Pacific Baroque Orchestra. Currently based in Bendigo, Lucinda is Music Director of the Melbourne-based baroque orchestra, Genesis Baroque and performs with Accademia Arcadia, John O’Donnell, the Elysium Ensemble, Latitude 37, Van Diemen’s Band and NZ Barok.
John O’Donnell is Monash University Organist, Founder/Director of Ensemble Gombert and Director of Music at All Saints’, East St Kilda. He performs regularly as conductor, organist, harpsichordist and pianist
