During the 1.5hr experience, Sigrid tells the intersecting stories of the old Victoria Cellar and Hubert's migration to Victoria, whilst the cheese is enjoyed from a 160-yo Elm Board, with toast, crackers, house activated nuts and Sig's famous Gin & kumquat marmalade, all in the luxe surroundings of Melbourne's historic hidden bluestone cellar.
