The ability to hire and retain great people remains as critical as ever. What strategies and management practices can you use to help support your people and projects? Join us on Wednesday 1 November for an informative webinar on how to tackle talent and resource management through uncertain times.
This year has been a challenge to navigate, with an uncertain economic environment, a less plentiful project pipeline and changes to the talent pool. Speakers
Scott Huston is Head of Knowledge, Systems and Compliance at DesignInc Sydney with over 20 years’ experience in Operations Management and IT. First and foremost, he is a problem solver. Macro or micro, software or business based, Scott can assess any issue and remain solutions focused.
He previously oversaw the logistics and project management of DesignInc’s office relocation and fitout and in response to the COVID-19 lockdowns swiftly moved the business to a distributed teams / work-from-home model – and was equally involved in the return to office/hybrid model the business is currently operating under. Scott is an invaluable asset to a business’s culture and performance.
