Join our Artist in Residence Lucy Quinn in this fantastic masterclass! Create your own unique object using glass fusing and mould-making processes. This workshop suitable for anyone curious about glass as a casting or artistic medium. No prior glass experience required. You will produce a number of small pieces using the following methods:
Experiment with texture and mark making on clay that will be transferred into glass
Learn how to mix refractory mould materials and pour a slumping mould
Learn how a kiln is set up and fusing glass is prepared for firing
