Gluten-free cakes
This class is dedicated entirely to gluten-free cakes. While gluten-free choices for cakes have become more wide-spread, it can still be difficult to find a delicious cake when you need one.
At our stalls at the Stirling and Uraidla Markets here in the Adelaide Hills, we used to offer a variety of gluten-free loaf cakes and tarts that were extremely popular. In this class, I would like to show you how you can make some of these cakes yourself! In each class, we will be baking two loaf cakes and one or two pastry-based small tarts with a delicious crumble.
The class is designed to provide you with the skills and confidence to replicate each recipe at home. We use utensils that are available in most home kitchens. I also keep the classes small (with a maximum of 6 participants), so that there is plenty of opportunity for questions and one-on-one conversations to maximise your learning experience.
