Create a Wax Model, then have it cast in Bronze!!In this one-weekend workshop in Bayside Melbourne you will learn the processes, & create a small Wax Sculpture/Model, which can then be cast in Bronze (at extra cost).
The workshop begins with a very special tour of Perrin Foundry in Cheltenham, to be guided through the Bronzing process - a rare opportunity!
The main sessions are conducted at the Artists's Studio in Beaumaris.
2 sessions - Saturday 24th February 2023 12-5pm (begins with Foundry Tour) & Sunday 25th February 2024 1-4.30pm.
Cost $275.00 per person - includes Wax, Tool Kit, Foundry Tour, use of extra Tools/Facilities, Tea & Coffee.
This workshop is definitely suitable for beginners, but is also suited to students/evolving artists who would like a new challenge!
