Experience the beautiful fusion of Ecotherapy & Sound indoors; plant music, sound healing and a guided nature meditation journey.The powerful imagery is designed to take you to the natural world and to connect you with Mother Earth, by opening up your senses and experiencing plant music so you can forest bathe indoors. The healing vibrations of sound are woven throughout the journey so you can experience deep meditation, relaxation and energetic shifts.
Catherine will be collaborating with plants by using a Music of the Plants device, which is able to perceive the electromagnetic variations from the surface of plant leaves and translates them into sound. The plant music will help you to connect deeper with the natural world.
Your facilitator, Catherine Marty (Dare to Change Therapies) is a trauma therapist, counsellor, sound healer and ecotherapist, and is passionate about using her experience as a facilitator and hiker to share her love of connecting to nature and healing.
