Esmond Choi - Desireless, with infinite calm
Esmond Choi is an Australian pianist/composer, currently a post-graduate at the Elder Conservatorium. He is researching how one can employ, experience and enrich the understanding of oneself as musician through American Transcendentalism.

The program is based on the performer’s response to the passing of George Crumb. We begin the journey from Sorrow (Liszt's Nuages Gris) to Desireless (Crumb's Starry Night).
