MAPh | Using AI for image making with Kate Robertson

About
Explore the possibilities of artificial intelligence for generating imagery. In this workshop participants will use AI image generators as a tool for image-making, through text entered as prompts into AI software. They will take the resulting images to make an acetate negative, which in turn will be used to create a physical image in the form of a cyanotype.Participants will be invited to reflect on the possibilities and properties of camera-less processes that actively shift between digital and analogue image-making, and to consider the social and ethical implications of creating images with AI.
