This event will be hosted in The Barn at the beautiful and renown Glenrock Gardens, Tenterfield, NSW. A massive "Grazing style centre table" filled with gourmet produce and delicacies of local and international produce that are not only sublime to your palate but quite unusual fare as they are hard to source and limited in supply. This event will also educate you on the finer points of the creation of some of these products and their individualities. A selection of wines from Balancing Heart Vineyard will be suggested to complement the food and available for purchase should you wish. Bus Pickup from Bad Manners, Manners St, Tenterfield at 10.30 am and return at 3.00 pm to same location. Pay $7 pp return, on bus. Chef Josh Telford.Location
